This is my own personal blend of spices for Cajun seasoning. It goes great in my Cajun-style Black Bean and Vegetable Medley and in my Cajun Bread. It can also go on many other foods. Such as pasta, seafood or meat. This recipe makes about 2 oz of Cajun seasoning, perfect for storing in spice jars.
Speaking of spice jars, here are some great jars you can get to store your new seasoning in. Those are the ones I use, I like them because you can screw on the shaker top. This ability makes them easy for either scooping the ingredients, shaking them out, and really easy to clean.
