      Ingredients
      • 3/4 Cup Butter (melted)
      • 1 3/4 Cups granulated sugar
      • 1 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
      • 1/2 Tsp. salt
      • 3/4 Cup Natural Cocoa Powder
      • 2 Eggs OR 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
      • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
      • 2 Cups chocolate chips
      • 1/3 Cup Hot water

      Instructions
      1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a brownie pan or 9″ square pan. Set aside.
      2. Place the melted butter in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add the sugar and mix to combine.
      3. Add in the vanilla, salt and cocoa powder and continue stirring.
      4. Mix in the eggs OR plain yogurt. (You do not need both, the yogurt is simply listed for a low-fat or egg-free alternative!)
      5. Stir in the flour followed by the chocolate chips. You can use regular or mini chocolate chips! Then stir in the water.
      6. Transfer the batter to your prepared pan. If you are using a brownie pan, fill each section about 1/2 full.
      7. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, let cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
