I developed this stir-fry sauce because I wanted something not only healthy and full of flavor but also nice and thick. Thin, watery sauces doesn’t stick to your food, leaving your dinner bland and tasteless. This sauce is great because it really sticks to your food, coating it in a nice glaze-like blend of flavors. It’s perfect to use in all kinds of different Asian recipes. One of my favorite ways to use this sauce is to put it in with my filling for crispy chicken egg rolls! The thick sauce is perfect for egg roll filling because it keeps your wrappers from getting wet and soggy. This sauce can also be used in vegetable stir-fry, beef and broccoli or whatever Asian dish you like, the sky’s the limit!
