      Instructions
      1. Thaw 1 sheet of puff pastry for 40 minutes. Then cut it into 3 pieces along the fold lines.
      2. Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Place the puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with a silpat and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
      3. In a small bowl, fold the vanilla pudding and whipped cream together until combined.
      4. Slice the strawberries and place them in a separate bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and set aside.
      5. On a small tray, place the first piece of puff pastry. Spread half of the pudding mixture and 1/3 of the strawberries.
      6. Next place the second piece of puff pastry followed by the remaining pudding mixture and 1/3 more strawberries.
      7. Last of all, place the third piece of puff pastry. Top this layer with whipped cream and remaining strawberries.
      8. Melt the chocolate, place in a piping bag and drizzle over the top.
      9. Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on top and enjoy!
